The front and rear door panels are made from 1.2mm cold-rolled steel plates. The outer surface undergoes electrostatic powder coating for anti-static purposes. The main unit is equipped with independent power and data cable routing channels.
2. Desktop: The desktop is made of Wilsonart fireproof board. The overall thickness is no less than 27mm, and the edges are made of flexible polyurethane casting. Arrow-shaped grooves are engraved between the two large panels to ensure a seamless and smooth surface after assembly. The rear wall uses aviation-grade aluminum profiles paired with acrylic light panels. The safe load capacity is greater than 540kg. The desktop is equipped with cable channels to meet the requirements of cleanroom operation. 3. Table Edge: The armrests should extend from the tabletop to ensure a smooth surface and reliable strength. This ensures long-term comfort for staff and prevents fatigue and injury.
4. Keyboard Tray: The armrests feature a curved design that integrates seamlessly with the tabletop, with a streamlined surface that is polished, wear-resistant, and powder-coated. The tray should use reliable ball-bearing slides. The armrest edges are made of one-piece molded flexible polyurethane to ensure reliable strength.
5. The console can be equipped with cool ambient lighting, offering energy efficiency, high brightness, low power consumption, safety, low voltage, long lifespan, vibrant colors, and a high-tech feel. Custom styles can be added to match the site’s décor. Logos can be customized on the side panels of the console.
6. The console’s internal structure is open, with aerodynamic design for efficient ventilation and heat dissipation, concealing gaps and channels.
