- Natural air cooling system–The natural air cooling system breaks through the traditional bottom heat dissipation design, adopting a new concept of rear desktop heat dissipation, which solves the harm of machine temperature to human health.
- A well-organized wiring system–Dual-directional wiring channels for both power and signal, minimizing interference from power lines on weak signals and ensuring smooth operation of equipment.
- Transparent back panel wall–Permeable double-sided back panel wall design enhances operational visibility and spatial efficiency, while incorporating multiple materials for a versatile application.

Product Features
1. Structurally stable & Large interior space
Column Thickening: The components in the frame structure are made from first-grade cold-rolled steel plate through stamping and bending. Load-bearing beam components have a thickness not less than 3mm.
Convenient for disassembly: The specialized structural connectors for the control console have high connection strength, are not easily loosened, possess strong deformation resistance, precise dimensional tolerances, and provide ample internal frame space, meeting the needs of customers to accommodate different equipment.
2. Good Heat Dissipation System
The heat dissipation design follows principles of aerodynamics, incorporating concealed gaps and channels for efficient ventilation. It not only employs concealed ventilation holes for heat dissipation but also utilizes a door-panel heat dissipation method. Each cabinet’s front and rear panels are equipped with heat dissipation vents (with a perforation rate of 30%). Using the principle of airflow exchange, it creates a circulating air within the cabinet, achieving a dual-effect heat dissipation function.
Cool air enters from the front, rear, and bottom of the cabinet, becomes heated within the control console, and then flows out from the top. This achieves long-term safe operation of internal equipment without relying on built-in cooling fans or similar devices.
At the same time, the hot air is directed away from the vicinity of people to avoid impacting the health of monitoring personnel. The ventilation cover plate features ventilation round holes with a diameter of 1mm and a spacing of 2mm. The control console door panel can be chosen with a hollowed-out design for the logo, facilitating timely heat dissipation.
3. Reasonable Wiring System
1) Professional wiring channels are set up inside the console to adapt to the overall system environment.
2) Sufficient internal space allows for standardized, neat wiring, smooth, beautiful, reasonable and safe.
3) It has the function of separating strong and weak electricity to avoid mutual interference.
4. Ergonomic Applications
Improve human comfort and physical and mental health through the calculation of key factors such as viewing distance. Each part of the control console is designed according to the principles of ergonomics, aiming to provide users with a comfortable experience. The tabletop height is set between 715-750mm, ensuring sufficient legroom underneath and preventing fatigue during prolonged operations.
