Description
The design of the control console and command center should be tailored to the user’s actual needs, with a reasonable, aesthetically pleasing, and highly usable layout, meeting safety regulations and ergonomic requirements. The Chonghan control console design conforms to ergonomic requirements, featuring a prefabricated all-steel structure, streamlined design, attractive appearance, convenient operation, and dustproof and heat dissipation measures. Combined with the video wall, it offers greater elegance and facilitates easy viewing of various monitoring devices and displays on the video wall, conforming to human physiological and visual characteristics.
The main frame uses a 2.0mm thick sheet metal structure, connected by universal connectors to form independent modules. Common components between each module are interchangeable. After overall connection, internal connections within each module are seamless, and various cables can be freely connected on the workbench. Rear Beam: A 3mm thick load-bearing rear beam is installed at the rear of the main frame.
Back Wall: The back wall is fixed to the rear upright beam. While the rear upright beam is made of 3mm thick sheet metal, the grooved plate for suspending the display arm is made of 2mm thick aluminum alloy profile. The back wall is connected to the main frame and rear upright beam with screws, forming a unified whole after installation. Deep work surface: Fireproof HPL board, featuring environmental friendliness, heat resistance, smoke resistance, impact resistance, moisture resistance, and water resistance.
Work surface edges: The work surface edges are sealed with wide, soft polyurethane.
Chonghan control consoles are mainly suitable for computer rooms, television broadcasting, studios, information centers, industrial control, national defense and security, monitoring and communication, computer rooms, etc. They are also commonly used for monitoring large computer rooms in multimedia teaching, the military, ships, railway stations, airports, banks, and securities firms. The product materials are made of high-quality cold-rolled steel sheet and galvanized steel sheet. The manufacturing process employs a unique electrostatic powder coating process involving shearing, stamping, and bending.
