In the design process, greater consideration has been given to the emotional impact of graphics on personnel in convenient work environments. The multi-faceted and angular diamond-shaped design exudes a sense of urgency, enhancing work efficiency and command control in a race against time. Design Concept
Floor-standing & Suspended–The floor-standing cabinets provide ample interior space to accommodate additional equipment. Meanwhile, the suspended cabinets offer more legroom, ensuring a more comfortable operation experience, in line with the human-centric design philosophy.
Extruded Aluminum & Sloped Design–The exterior is designed with a slanted language, ensuring visual dynamics of the console align with the direction of work, enhancing its tension.
Natural air cooling system–The natural air cooling system breaks through the traditional bottom heat dissipation design, adopting a new concept of rear desktop heat dissipation, which solves the harm of machine temperature to human health.
A well-organized wiring system–Dual-directional wiring channels for both power and signal, minimizing interference from power lines on weak signals and ensuring smooth operation of equipment.
Transparent back panel wall–Permeable double-sided back panel wall design enhances operational visibility and spatial efficiency, while incorporating multiple materials for a versatile application.
Scene Application
The console adopts a modular structure, formed by combining straight modules of different sizes and corner modules, to meet various functional and aesthetic requirements of users. This modular structure provides great flexibility, allowing the console to be reconfigured in the future without the need for major changes to the structure and external construction, thus meeting users’ needs at minimal cost.
Main Frame: The components in the frame structure are stamped and bent from first-class cold-rolled steel plates. The main frame is processed from first-class cold-rolled steel plates with a thickness not less than 2mm, while load-bearing beam components are processed from first-class cold-rolled steel plates with a thickness not less than 3mm. The outer surface is coated with electrostatic powder spray.
By using universal connectors, an independent module is formed, with interchangeable universal components between modules. After the overall connection, the internal parts of each module are interconnected, allowing various cables to pass freely within the console.
The front and rear door panels are made of 1.2mm thick cold-rolled steel plates, stamped and formed, with a total thickness of not less than 18mm. The connection hinges use high-grade imported hardware, ensuring lightweight, good hand feel, minimal noise when opening and closing, and guaranteeing 100,000 obstacle-free openings. Both front and rear door panels can be opened for convenient maintenance of equipment inside the cabinet.

2. Heat Dissipation System:
The main components inside the console are standard PC machines. To avoid the noise issues caused by forced fan cooling, the design fully considers natural ventilation for heat dissipation after the console is filled with PC machines. Yingxin Jingtai emphasizes the design of ventilation and heat dissipation, which can protect the health of operators and ensure that their legs do not develop disorders. This is a relatively humanized design for employees who sit at the console for long periods. When purchasing the console, the heat dissipation method may vary depending on the material used.
Ergonomic considerations include:
1) Human anatomy: (bones, joints, muscles)
2) Human dimensions: (physical dimensions, standing, sitting, etc.)
3) Human range of motion: (physical movement space, psychological space, interpersonal interaction space)
4) Horizontal visual considerations: Human horizontal line of sight can typically be divided into three areas.
A. Monitor Arm:
The monitor arm adopts a mechanical design, allowing for adjustments in forward/backward, up/down, and tilt angles. This enables users to position the monitor for the most comfortable posture, relieving structural tension, reducing energy consumption, and alleviating fatigue.
B. Task Light (Optional):
There are two types of task lights available: one is a wall-mounted task light, and the other is a linear task light extending along the edge of the hood. Both are used to illuminate the working area of the workstation.
C. Filing Cabinet (Optional):
The filing cabinet, whether fixed or mobile, can be matched with the desktop surface using composite board. The sturdy composite board is highly durable.
D. Ergonomic Chair Specifications:
The ergonomic chair design is generous, unique, stylish, and lightweight. It is widely used in computer workstations, control rooms, and other environmentally friendly health chairs.
