The interior of the console is not sealed. The cooling design follows the principles of aerodynamics, with hidden gaps and channels designed for ventilation. It utilizes both hidden ventilation holes and door panel cooling methods.
Each cabinet’s front and back doors are equipped with ventilation holes (with a 30% opening rate), allowing for airflow exchange. This creates a circulating airflow inside the cabinet, achieving dual-effect cooling. This setup ensures the safe and efficient operation of equipment and provides a comfortable operating environment.
Cold air enters from the front, back, and bottom of the cabinet, becomes heated inside the console, and then exits from the top. This circulation maintains the long-term safe operation of internal equipment without relying on built-in cooling fans.
Additionally, it ensures that heated air is not discharged near the operator’s body to avoid affecting their health. The ventilation cover features 1mm diameter ventilation holes with a 2mm spacing. The console doors can also be designed with hollowed-out logos to facilitate timely cooling.

The ample internal framework space allows for the placement of different equipment according to customer needs.
The structural components of the frame are made of first-grade cold-rolled steel plate, which is stamped and bent to form. Load-bearing beam components are no less than 3mm thick, while all other structural components in the frame are made of first-grade cold-rolled steel plate, stamped and bent. The supporting components under the countertop are made of steel plate with a thickness of 2.0mm. (Other manufacturers typically use a main frame thickness of around 1.5mm)

The tabletop is made of 15-26.8mm imported Vicwin Asia fireproof board. It features strong waterproof, fireproof, high-temperature resistance, and aging resistance properties, with high strength. The color can be chosen according to customer requirements. The product's combustion performance testing meets the flame retardant level 1, in compliance with the GB 20286-2006 "Requirements and labeling for combustion performance of flame-retardant products and components in public places" inspection standard. The peak heat release rate is 0 kw, total heat release within 5 minutes is 0 MJ, and the maximum smoke density is 1%. (The material specifications of other factories do not meet the flame retardant test values of our factory)
The perimeter of the tabletop edge is molded with flexible polyurethane, with a width of no less than 30mm. It provides a comfortable grip, is durable, and seamlessly integrates with the tabletop, leaving zero gaps at the joints. The overall design is coordinated and uniform, meeting national standards for formaldehyde emission limits in quality testing.
The product has passed the limited testing specified in GB/T35607-2017 "Evaluation of Green Products for Furniture". The test results for formaldehyde emission, benzene, toluene, xylene, TVOC (Total Volatile Organic Compounds), and transferable elements in furniture coatings are all non-detected.
The door panels are made of cold-rolled steel plate, treated with ceramicization process for surface enhancement, corrosion resistance, and rust prevention. They are coated with electrostatic spray paint, which is environmentally friendly and non-toxic to humans. The coating exhibits high corrosion resistance and wear resistance without the need for a primer. After undergoing a 500-hour neutral salt spray test, according to QB/T3832-1999 "Evaluation of Corrosion Resistance of Metal Coatings for Light Industrial Products", the corrosion resistance grade is rated as 10. (Other factories typically achieve a corrosion resistance grade of 10 after a 20-hour neutral salt spray test.)
The door panels are made of Enf-grade solid wood particle board, with both sides covered with Vicwin Asia fireproof board with a thickness of no less than 1mm. (Other manufacturers typically use E1-grade solid wood particle board, and the test results for harmful elements generally do not meet the non-detected standard.)
The front and back door panels are equipped with heat dissipation and ventilation holes (with an opening rate of 30%). By utilizing the principle of airflow exchange, this design facilitates internal air circulation within the cabinet, thereby achieving dual-effect heat dissipation. This design ensures the safe and efficient operation of the equipment.
