Description
The boss/manager ergonomic chairs design can encourage users to maintain a correct sitting posture and reduce problems such as back pain and neck pain caused by incorrect sitting posture for a long time.
1. Material: The seat surface is made of elastic seat fabric, and the back fabric is made of high-strength elastic special net for office chairs. It is moderately soft and hard, comfortable to the touch, firmly bonded, wrinkle-free, break-free, pilling-free, non-fading, wear-resistant, sound-absorbing, and stain-resistant after long-term use.
2. Headrest: Using the current advanced 3D technology, three-joint adjustment, the height and front and rear distance can be adjusted according to the needs of the user, meeting the physical needs of most people!
3. Backrest: The backrest frame is made of PA+30% glass fiber gray material for one-time injection molding, with a maximum recline of 165° and an adjustable waist support.
4. Seat board: Made of high-quality plywood, bent by mold, with a thickness of ≥12mm.
5. Seat cushion sponge: Using high-resilience polyurethane high-pressure foaming technology, the seat cushion sponge density is 40 density, the sponge will not deform or wrinkle due to frequent use; comfortable to sit.
6. Chassis: The chassis of this chair adopts the paddle wire locking function, which can be locked at any angle when reclining, and the chair height is adjustable.
7. Armrest: The one-piece armrest moves with the reclining of the chair back. The design is advanced, the armrest frame is made of one-time PP fiber-reinforced material, the armrest surface has moderate softness and hardware, and feels comfortable.
8. Gas spring: The gas spring is a component for adjusting the height of the chair. It adopts 85 pull 5 three-level nitrided gas rod, and the inner tube is made of high-carbon steel. It has stable performance, no air leakage, and can be extended and retracted freely!
9. Footrest: Double-rod pull-out hidden flip footrest with strong load-bearing capacity.
10. Chair feet optional: nylon chair feet, electroplated chair feet.
(1) Chair feet: Made of PA + 30% glass fiber material, injection molded in one piece. Chair foot diameter 700mm. Static pressure test 1136kg, impact test 136kg, in line with BIFMA and QB2280 standards.
(2) Chair feet: 350# electroplated square tube feet, made of high-quality 2.0mm steel, finely polished, surface electroplated, dense and bright coating, shining with the brilliance of modern industry! (Conforms to GB/T2056) standard.
11. Chair wheels: PU silent white cover wheels, diameter 60MM, wear-resistant, no deformation, impact resistance, no noise, no peeling, passed BIFMA standard test.
12. All the installation hardware (screws) of the chair are made of 40CR screw special steel, with tensile strength and yield strength of 10.9 grade.
