The innovation and planning of the control console product are driven by the integration of different perspectives from designers in various fields. This approach breaks away from the traditional focus solely on practicality by incorporating aesthetic considerations while ensuring that the product’s functionality remains uncompromised. The console adopts a modular structure, achieved through the combination of straight modules and corner modules of various sizes, to create consoles that meet users’ diverse functional and aesthetic requirements. This modular structure provides the console with great flexibility, allowing for reconfiguration in the future without the need for significant changes to the structure and external construction, thereby meeting user needs at minimal cost.
Main Frame: The components in the frame structure are stamped and bent from primary cold-rolled steel plates. The main frame is processed from primary cold-rolled steel plates with a thickness of no less than 2mm, while load-bearing beam components are processed from primary cold-rolled steel plates with a thickness of no less than 3mm. The outer surface is coated with static electricity powder spray.
Through the connection of universal connectors, an independent module is formed. The universal components between modules are consistent and interchangeable. After the overall connection, the internal space between modules is interconnected, allowing various cables to pass freely within the console.
The front and rear door panels are made of 1.2mm thick cold-rolled steel plates, stamped and formed, with a total thickness of no less than 18mm. The connection hinges use high-grade imported hardware, ensuring lightweight, good feel, low noise when opening and closing doors, and guaranteeing 100,000 obstacle-free openings.
